The Property

The fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment is on the third floor and has a roof terrace and 2 outside terraces. It overlooks the golf course and has spectacular views of Mount Teide. The apartment has an open plan living room, kitchen and dinning room. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the other bedroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

The Area

The Fairways Club is located in a quiet area on the sunny south side of the island of Tenerife featuring various site facilities, including a large outdoor heated swimming pool, bars and restaurants. Golf, tennis, outdoor bowles and horseback riding are within walking distance.

Amenities

Near the Apartment are many bars, Restaurants and Shops. Car Hire is available and there is a local hairdresser and a launderette.

Activities in the area include, the Outdoor bowles winter gardens or go horse riding and of course there is Golf at the County Club leisure complex.

There is a booking deposit of 20%
Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday
There is a refundable security deposit of £20.00
